Through the procedures of enterprise self-evaluation, municipal audit and spot check, Guangdong Vekot Technology Co., Ltd. has been successfully selected as a national innovative small and medium-sized enterprise.
What is an innovative SME？
According to the Interim Measures for the Gradient Cultivation and Management of High-quality Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (Enterprises [2022] No. 63 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises refer to small and medium-sized enterprises with strong innovation ability, focus on market segmentation and good growth in terms of products, technology, management and mode. It is composed of three levels: innovative smes, specialized and new smes and specialized and new "small giant" enterprises. Innovative smes have a high level of specialization, strong innovation ability and development potential, which are the basic strength of high-quality smes. Specialized and new smes realize specialized, refined and characteristic development, strong innovation ability, good quality and efficiency, and are the backbone of high-quality smes. Specialized and special new "little giant" enterprises are located in the core field of industrial foundation and the key link of industrial chain. They are the core strength of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises with outstanding innovation ability, master core technology, high market segment share, and good quality and efficiency.
Qualification of innovative small and medium enterprises
(1) Have received national and provincial science and technology awards within the past three years.
(2) To obtain the honors of high and new technology enterprise, national technology innovation demonstration enterprise, intellectual property Advantage enterprise and intellectual property demonstration enterprise (all within the validity period).
(3) Having an approved R&D institution at or above the provincial or ministerial level.
(4) The total amount of new equity financing in the past three years (the paid-up amount of qualified institutional investors) is more than 5 million yuan.
(5) The evaluation score should reach more than 60 points (in which the innovation ability index score should not be less than 20 points, and the growth index and specialization index score should not be less than 15 points)) The total amount of new equity financing (paid in by qualified institutional investors) in the past three years should be more than 5 million yuan.
