7, the secondary of the switching transformer can have multiple windings or a winding has multiple taps to get the required output;
8, generally should also add some protection circuit, such as no-load, short circuit and other protection, otherwise it may burn the switching power supply.
Third, the attention and difficulty of high-power switching power supply in design
Especially important in the product design of switching power supply is the power margin and reverse voltage resistance of switching tube and all power devices, the turn ratio of switching transformer and leakage induction. So pay special attention to this aspect when designing.
1, from the point of view of the device, for the difficulty in their own design, the first point is the problem of the device, the power is large after the selection of the device brings a lot of trouble, the general device can not work under such a power condition. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a high-power device and be able to work stably for a long time.
2, difficulty in the index problem, switching power supply to reach the product level, must meet national standards, such as output voltage, output power and other data problems, to achieve the stable operation of the product is not very good to do. Relatively difficult is the output power (capacity with load), some power supplies may be very good when the output parameters are good, but after hanging a relatively heavy load, the indicators are rotten. There is also EMC/EMI design, the radiation of the power supply is relatively large, the country has very strict technical indicators in this regard, and it is very difficult to do a good job in the case of high power.
